Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act. The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive your product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received, preferably in its original packaging. If the product has been handled more than necessary and its value has decreased, a deduction may be applied to the refund.

How to Make a Return

– Contact our customer support before returning the product.

– Use the included return shipping label to send back the item. If you do not have a return label, please contact our customer support.

– We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product or once you have provided proof of return shipment.

Please note that unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and Warranty

If a product is faulty or defective, you have the right to file a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, which gives you a three-year complaint period. If the defect is discovered within two months, the complaint is considered to be made in time.

If a complaint is approved, we will cover all costs related to the return and replacement of the product.
